A Short Meditation
- Set a timer for 5-20 minutes
- Find a quiet place to sit
- Unplug, turn off all electronics
- Sit up straight
- Put you hands on your thighs
- Eyes closed or looking slightly down
- Follow your breath, breathing in and breathing out. When a thought arises notice it, try not to engage, let it go and continue following your breath.
